AVOLA - over 185 years of unbridled innovative power

Even more stability - The reinforced table top and the extra strong hinges ensure even better stability when extending the table. The new crane hooks lock into place upwards. When the lock is released, the crane hooks lower again automatically.

AVOLA HM/A/PH circular saw blade for cutting polystyrene and wood

Consistently further thought and developed in the field of work safety, we offer a patented circular saw blade for polystyrene and wood. The "PH blade" has circular openings in the main blade which, in a cooling-optimized arrangement, prevent the blade from sticking or jamming when cutting polystyrene. At the same time, it provides the usual good stability for cutting wood, making it unnecessary to change the blade for different materials. This makes work on the construction site much easier and both work safety and work efficiency are increased.

The new ZBV 500 S construction site table saw

The new ZBV 500-S is a height and angle adjustable construction site circular saw with a 500 mm saw blade, which will complement our extensive product range in the future. With the ZBV 500-S, angled cuts with a high cutting height will also be possible on the construction site. Especially the more and more used insulation material can be processed optimally in combination with the AVOLA special circular saw blade HM/A/PH (see above).

Better visibility with new protective hood

With new design maximum visibility of the saw blade. The new push stick is optimally positioned conspicuously in the protective hood.

Stop switch

To prevent tampering with the construction circular saw (the lowering mechanism of the safety hood is often overridden), the machine can only be switched on with the aid of a sensor when the safety hood is closed (see red area at the end of the hood). Due to the design, around 25,000 active machines can be retrofitted with this safety device, which could mathematically prevent up to 500 accidents per year.

The stop switch, which won the EURO-TEST-PRIZE at the last BAUMA, is subsidized by the BG Bau with EUR 150,00. The aim of the promotion is a timely and measurable reduction of cut injuries in connection with construction circular saws.
